Anondomart.com Return & Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Customer shall contact customer service number or email at contact@anondomart.com (mentioned on web store) citing the Order ID, date and issue in the product.
Customers can return/exchange the items under the following conditions within 7 days from the date of delivery:
a. In case wrong product / wrong model / wrong size or wrong color of the item delivered; or
b. Item not working / malfunctioning, damaged
No Return & exchange will be provided for the following:
Consumables like Cosmetics, Liquid, Perfumes, DVDs, CDs, Cartridges, PC Software, Video Games, and all Accessories.
Offer deal or other Promotion items & Clearance sale items.
Open Packages, Seal broken, product is incomplete, damaged or scratched, Tampered & partially used items.
Cut cable / wire are non – refundable
Exemptions for exchange or refund is subjected for those products, which are found defective within 7 days.

All products to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging along with the original sales receipt within 7 days from the date of purchase (Product should be in its original condition)
If you do not have your purchase receipt Or Order ID, exchange will not be possible
Repairs of the products damaged due to wear & Tear will be entertain on management discretion Within 6 months of the purchase, please note that the management has the right to assess the age & condition of the returned goods prior to offering a repair or exchange (Terms & Conditions Apply)
Disclaimer for certain item category not eligible for return due to hygiene region i.e. Software/DVD/Cosmetics/Health/Liquid item.
Upon request, and at our discretion, we may exchange defective/ faulty items for identical items of equivalent value
The Management reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice
You can return items that were originally part of the promotion but you will lose the promotional discount. For example, if the item you are returning is part of a “buy two, get one free” deal, your refund will be adjusted against the retail per-piece rate of the products you choose to keep after the return.
Terms & Conditions:
Product must be returned to the courier, or supplier
Product should be accompanied with original sales invoice or order number as it is proof of purchase.
Product must be returned unused with original packaging (undamaged and in saleable condition), accessories, manual, and registration card.
Service, delivery and installation charges are nonrefundable once performed.
If the product returned or given for repair has any data or information, Anondomart.com will not be responsible to transfer to any other device or loss of data/information which was at the time of return/repair.
Return voucher will be issued only if the product is found defective within 7 days for electronics, electrical, home appliances items from the date of Delivery and replacement may be given at the discretion of Anondomart.
The amount will be credited in the same account only within maximum 15 working days.
No refund will be given for any payment made by way of gift voucher or exchange voucher.
Warranty Terms & Conditions:
Manufacturer’s warranty wherever applicable as per items, commences from the date of purchase mentioned on the sales invoice.
Primary responsibility for warranty service rests with the product brand owner / principal supplier and Anondomart.com is a facilitator only.
Extended warranty will be covered with same terms and condition of the original manufacturer warranty for an additional 1 or 2 years depending on the plan purchased.
Items missing an identification number or code (such as UPC code or IMEI number) are not covered under warranty.
Warranty becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened, registered or tampered by an unauthorized person or other service center.
Please Keep the Original Box and Order ID/Receipt to claim warranty.
Warranty is applicable within the limits of Bangladesh only, unless specified otherwise
Any products require a minimum 15 working days to be repaired.
Repaired items must to be collected within 30 days of delivery date, any claim after 30 days will not be entertained and Anondomart.com has full authority to dispose these items.
Normal wear & tear of the products shall not cover the warranty/guarantee.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 20 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card/debit card or mobile banking.
Merchant must detail the return, refund, and cancellation policy clearly on the Website to inform Cardholders of their rights and responsibilities
The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
The product is defective.
The product was damaged in shipping.
The product is tampered.
If No refund policy, this must be very clearly communicated to Cardholders before the purchase decision is made, to prevent misunderstanding and disputes.
Credit/Debit card Payment: Note that your bank or card issuer can take 2-15 additional business days to process the transaction.
Voucher Payment: Only product exchange is possible – voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash / Gift card / voucher in part or full.
Corporate Gift card Payment: Only product exchange is possible – card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash / Gift card / voucher in part or full.
